7 weeks on 150 mg and only now seeing a difference

I've been noticing a change for the better after 7 weeks. My mom came out to be with me 6 weeks ago, to help me get through. Well, tonight she leaves to fly back home and I'm so scared I'm going to go back to the way I was. I know this may sound ridiculous to some but it's giving me anxiety and I'm working myself into a frenzy. I had hoped to be further along in my recovery by the time she left😔

It's normal to be nervous... I am glad the medicine is helping you.. I am sure you will be okay! Remember you have good days and bad days.. I am still waiting for the medicine to start helping more.. Crossing my fingers.. It's week 7 for me

I hate how long it takes these meds to work. I'm far from being back to myself. I really hope you start seeing a difference because I understand the suffering you are going through. Thanks for your kind words

That would be nice Michelle because I'm so frustrated with having good moments, then getting the anxiety back again. Too many up and downs.

Dont give up. You motivated me some days ago with your message... I am sure you are way better than the begining.. It's gonna be all good soon.. In worse worse case, if you feel very bad just take xanax and sleep a little bit.

    Best of luck

Thank you. I am much better than the start but we all know how that anxiety works. I'm doing okay today and you're right, everything will be fine🙂
