I have been taking 7.5mg of Mirtazapine for 7 weeks now because of sleeping problems.
I would like to start scaling down and quit. I was thinking about starting with 5mg instead of 7.5mg (for 1 week) and then 2.5mg (for 1 week) and then in week 3 to zero. What do you think of this plan? or can I do cold turkey? Any advice? Thanks!
