7 weeks with a uti - what should I do?

hello,
for the last 7 weeks ive had a stubborn uti. not very typical symptoms-urge to keep pering after i go, frequency some days, sometime pain in my back where kidneys are and in front like period cramps but not.
im on my 3rd dose of antibiotics and just waiting to finish to see what happens next.
im have a dr appointment for end of the month. to note i also havent had my period since the first week.
just looking to see if i can do anything to help it along-i am drinking cranberry juice. or if it sounds more serious.
thank you!

mabe u should visit a hospital were they can run more tests etc if u have had 3 lots of antibiotics an they havnt worked and u have pain in the back area then u should go for further investigation a doctor will only do so much before they refer u to see someone else anyway the tablets are clearly not working a doctor can only do so much like send off samples of urine and dip tests etc other than that they are not very helpful if u have pain around the kidneys u should see someone else at a hospital as a kidney infection can be quite serious in some cases

Is the doctor treating you a urologist/specialist?
If not you should see one!
Have they done a urine specimen and a culture to identify the bacteria so the meds prescribed are appropriate?
That's a long time to have a UTI with treatment. Any sign of yeast? It can mimic UTI symptoms.
Best of luck!
