70 yr Old with Inguinal Hernia AND BPH (Prostate 220g size)

I need to have 2 surgeries to address the 2 issues above. Hernia and LARGE Prostate.....Should one have the Hernia surgery 1st - than, follow with P surgery? I read somewhere a guy had Hernia surgery and went into remission due to swelling against his Large P and had to have a catheter for 5 months before he could have HOLEP on the Prostate...

I am looking at HOLEP OR Robotic Simple Surgery.......Any preferece for a BIG Prostate....also read about Aquablation - can it be used for 220 g size? Welcome experiences of both topics.........AND Mesh or no Mesh?
