75 yr old retired person restarting fluoxetine 20mg.

I have been retired for 10 year's and have restarted on fluoxetine. A retired life is usually a lonely life and depression does not help. I wonder how people in similar situations have coped taking antidepressant. Side effect do not discriminate who to attack and with diminished coping skills and plenty off free time, impatience is very hard to handle. Your thoughts very welcome.
