75mg Venlafaxine - feel awful 2 weeks in

Hi guys, as the title says ive been on majoven XL venlaflaxine prolonged release 75mg for 2 weeks now.

I went on them as my anxiety/depression was getting on top of me but so far in these two weeks my anxiety & depression have felt worse, also sometimes feel a bit nauseas, tired alot, brain fog and numb ejaculation.

is it best to stick with this medication or stop taking it, any advice would be much appreciated. Im hoping the sides will go and that i will feel better soon as im really struggling on some days.
