7cm hiatus hernia

Hi all

Does any other woman have raised prolactin levels due to taking omepraprozole for a long period?

An Endocrinologist refused to see me as he said it was due to my medication,

I'm mad because I've had raised prolactin levels since 2016 and it says it makes you infertile, and the doctors knew I was trying to conceive,

Yet no one said anything,

And now I'm suffering with my chest hurting (because of my hiatus hernia) and also my breasts both of them are also hurting im really in pain,

Dont know whether it's perimenpause or because of raised prolactin levels

I'm scheduled to have reflux surgery this month (fingers crossed it goes ahead as I've been waiting 3 years for it, because the surgeon demanded a PH test done, (a tube put up my nose and into my stomach overnight) even though I had 2 endoscopys done and within 6 months my hiatus hernia went from 4cm to 7cm and on the last one (which was 2 years ago) the person doing it put on my notes "patient should be considered for reflux surgery"

If only the surgeon had listened then it would have been done before covid,

I've been ill every day for the last 3 years,

And now this?

Any info gladly will appreciate it
