7months post Shoulder surgery and Fibromyalgia for ten years !!

I am now 7months post shoulder surgery  after having had frozen shoulder for 4years  and have had Fibromyalgia for ten years. My question is does Fibromyalgia delay the healing process. I have not worked at all since the surgery and have had to seriously battle with both ESA AND PIPS ie the DWP .( I won in the end )during my healing process which has caused terrible stress to me and my family . I still cannot lift anything heavy and have pain everyday . Just wondering if anyone else out there has the same problem. As I am a cook and was a housekeeper ,live in a very rural village in Wiltshire I am finding it  very hard to find  non manual work. I only restarted driving a month ago and that is still very painful. Is there light at the end of this dark tunnel.I am also a single mother with two young sons who do not help as much as they should!

I have had surgery for different things but have always been told it takes twice as long to recover from any illnesses or operations because I have fibromyalgia and M E. I hope you start to feel better soon being in pain constantly is very debilitating take care and take it day by day x
