8 months after Urolift, stinging ejaculatory pain!!!

Posted , 4 users are following.

8 months later and I have intense pain on ejaculation, which I never had before. The doctor allowed me to believe that Urolift could be easily undone, but now he tells me that reversal involves the old fashioned rotorooter procedure, which would obviously only make it worse. I don't understand why they just can't take the pins out. He's telling me that Silidosin and Finasteride should help in another 6 months, but that's obviously bull, as those aren't meant for post surgical pain.

Anyone know anything about this?

    Hey Buddy

Sorry that you are having a problem. What do you mean that there is pain when you ejaculate.

I had the Urolift done over 7 years ago at 65 they are very intense. I have had some that I wish it would stop because of the pain but after I feel great. I like it that way. It means I'm still alive.Could you get use to it. You do know if you let the doctor do a Turp you will not ejaculate again and there is also a chance that your orgasm will be cut in half

Do you have any problem going to the bathroom

If you take out the clips will that stop you from peeing. They can remove the string and the clip but the anchor has to stay. If that is what you want find a doctor that will do it.

Also if you find a doctor to do it make sure it is in written because once they are inside they can do what ever they want

    Good luck....Ken
