I am just looking for any answers...

The pics in red shorts are as recent as today (April 24th, 2020) and the others are from about 2 months ago....

Just looking for any health professional opinion... because of the pandemic, I cannot book any appointments nor have this removed if I'd want to... just wish this would not be what I think it may be...
