ive been on my upped dose of 75mg for 8 1/2 weeks already after being on 50mg for one year. I felt better after week 4 wasnt sleeping great but my mood and energy got better and then after week 6 i went downhill again. Haven't been able to sleep past 5am . im just tired all day cant nap and anxious too. no motivation for anything. my apetite is gone again... im losing hope this is working for me this time..
