8 yr old low wbc, first lymphocytes then neutrophils?

Hi everyone. I'm not to sure where to post this but I figure many of you will be well informed about wbc's. I have a little girl who currently is seeing an allergist for swollen eyelids every morning. No allergies found. While looking into that we had blood work July 20 and found she has slightly low wbc. No specific cell was low in the absolute numbers and percentages the neutrophils were low and most of the rest high. Are the percentages even important?

We re-did the blood work and will be going to see the allergist again shortly and get the results. Now this week I called my GP to pick up a copy of another set of blood work she had done because of 3 yrs of stomach aches. That blood work was done 1.5 weeks before the other on July 11 and was wbc low as well but this one had low Lymphocytes in the absolutes. She now seeing a gastroenterologist for stomach aches for the last 3 years. I've turned to Dr. Google and tons of things come up but it seems as though it is always either lymphocytes or neutrophils low not one and then the other. Anyone have any ideas? I suspect if anything serious was on the new blood work we would have heard by now. Also maybe something that could also implicate her stomach aches and swollen eyelids? My GP isn't very helpful and I feel like I really need to start being her advocate.

So she gets Blepharitis, but not conjunctivitis?

And are you saying this goes away completely in the afternoons?

Does she have Hayfever? Is she on any meds?

Where does her tummy hurt and does she have problems with constipation?

No I don't believe it is blepharitis actually. It is more like edema, like the kind you get with kidney problems however she does not have protein in her urine. Wakes up with it every morning, both eye lids and then it diminishes through the morning and is back to normal by afternoon.

      No hayfever. No meds.

Stomach hurts near her belly button. We used to think it was anxiety related as she suffers from anxiety, however this year we are leaning towards it not being anxiety as it continued through the summer when there was nothing out of the ordinary like school or dance class or anything like that. Seems to be related to food. Hurts after she eats more often than not, but I can't find a link to any specific foods. Often at night as well when she's laying in bed. I tried cutting out both dairy and gluten for 2 weeks with no difference but maybe it wasn't long enough.

No constipation. At least not often.
