8th week on 100mg zoloft should i wait 4 more weeks before upping?

8th week on 100mg zoloft should i wait 4 more weeks before upping when i see my doctor? some people says it may take 12 weeks . ive been on 50mg for a year and it stopped working so i upped my doctor upped it i been havingside effects like super tired and anxious and foggy headed. thanks im also on 1mg klonopin twice a day

    When I first started Zoloft I went from 12.5mg - 25MG. Waited 2 weeks then 25MG-50 MG , 2 weeks again wait then 50MG - 100MG another 2 weeks then 150 and so in till 200MG. I adjusted the dose every two weeks. Always had side effects at first. I also take clonazapam 2X a day. Side effects usually subside in a couple of weeks. Always listen to your doctor when adjusting medications. Best wishes

      i take the smae klonopin too ima think 125 then 150 but ill see if i should stay on this dose see what he says what klonopin are you on? what brand
