Hi not posted much recently however here is an update of living with this virus. I can feel slowly im getting better despite the fact I have become hypothyroid as part of it. Im taking vitamins daily Im exercising daily and just plodding on. I have been told I need to increase my levothyroxine by 25mcg. Still get the anxiety at times from the virus out of nowhere. But at 9 months now and touch wood things might be getting better albeit at a very slow pace.

Hey Jelley,
Good to hear from you and definitely sounds like you have been through the mill with this. For me I remember having a bit of a relapse around 9 months, it crushed me for a few weeks but then after 10 months was the point when I really started to make a full recovery. For the first time I started to feel more human again and able to live - I do believe things will continue to get better for you, hang in there and just hoping and believing that turning point is on its way for you.
You are certainly through the worst and the next year will be a cake walk compared to what you've already been through, I'm sure of that having been through it myself and seeing the different from Year 1 to Year 2. Sounds like you're doin gall the right things, hard to be patient I know. Hang in there and thinking of you.

Thanks Jelley, just hang in there I know it's hard, it really is impossibly hard this virus - but better days and full recovery is ahead, I do believe.
