9 months of weight loss, swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, and migranes

before i start its important to note i was body building before my issues arose. 9 months ago i was 210 lbs and very little body fat and began getting sick all the time. I had started losing weight pretty quick. as on the 6th i was down to 150. I had a pet scan with positive id on a few locations in my axillary area and inguinal area. they biopsied one from my left shoulder (2.5cm x 2.4 x 1.7 in size). these are the results and they worry my as ive been checked for every environmental factor, immuno panel, wbc, metalabolic panels, etc. everything led to either castlemans disease or a type of lymphoma... yet this is the results from biopsy. im hoping for some insight as its messed my life up pretty bad, from the weight loss, being tired all the time, the strange low blood pressure, the constant headaches all the time, not to mention lymph nodes that have swollen up and won't go away!

Hi bradley. Whilst i understand that is a stressful time right now but even though i didn't understand all the doctor 'jargon' the one i did understand is where it said 'no evidence of mestatic cancer'. Those are the words you want to hear. Have you had your thyroid checked for hyperthroidism. Overactive thyroid.. It's more common in women but men can get it too. Good luck.

I can comment only on my personal experience which is relating to significant rapid weight loss. Mine was due to having an overactive Thyroid gland in my early 20s, but caused high blood pressure not low.
The other is cancer which I was diagnosed with due to my symptoms and one small urine cytology test.
You have had considerable amount of tests and assume you are not in UK?
When you say you are sick, what do you mean - do you vomit?
I can not magnify the writing on your test results so cannot read them
, but the absence of Mets is reassuring. Have they not diagnosed the primary cancer?
