Congratulations, hope it lasts forever! I've been 18 months pain free before and really thought it had gone away but unfortunately not, it is indeed a strange beast.

Great to hear. I asked my neurosurgeons about this and they don't know but they did say that they have seen patient cases where TN pain just suddenly stopped for even as long as 2 plus years and returns randomly. I asked 3 of them and same answer.
