9 weeks post PKR. Can't straighten, pain worse.

Had patella femoral replacement 9 weeks ago. My bend is really good - 115. However the extension is -10 and I think it's getting worse. Very stiff and extremely painful when I do the straighting exercises. Do they do MUA for extension? If so anybody had this fine, was it successful?

    Make sure you have a pillow to scream into.  Gravity is a law...obey the law.  This exercise is KILLER but oh so effective.  Start with just a few seconds and reps.  Increase time and reps gradually.  You CANNOT use your muscles to stop the effect of gravity...your leg just has to hang there...off the bed...in the air...all by itself.  When you get the guts, strap on some 2-pound ankle weights.  Feel the burn!!!!!!!

    When I do exercise #3 from Chico, I play candy crush or go deed into a book to keep me from tensing. Over time I've increased to over an hour.
