feeling okay one minute then this anxious feeling is still there anyone having taking this at the moment? do i give it more time for the tablet to kick in.

hi, im on day 22 of fluoxetine and have been told to stick it out. tbh i feel right now i just want someone to talk to thats going through the start of the medication. Are u experiencing any derealisation?

what is fluoxetine? is it similar to sertaline.. im trying to stick it out, no just experience like a big knot in my stomach at the moment.. whats your sleep like?

fluoxetine is very similar, its an ssri. Falling asleep is probably my favourite part of the day, although it can take a while. I wake up a few times in the night as well snd have quite weird dreams. Whats urs like?

i dread the nights i fall asleep about 3 hours then im wide awake unless i take a sleeping tablet. i have no weird dreams.

alot of people say they cant sleep at first, i guess u just need to wait until the side effects decrease.

hi Linzi have you tried a handful of pumpkin seeds just before bed google it they are good for sleep .
