A bath helps my anxiety. Anyone else?

So I have found that when I'm about to have a panic attack or feel anxious about anything, a bath helps me calm down and I am completely relaxed, but obviously I can't have a bath while at work or when I'm outside doing anything with family/friends. Therefore I was wondering if anyone has a secret or some tips that help their anxiety?

During a panic attack when all symptoms are rushing thru you...fill a basin with the hottest water you can stand and out your hand in both face down. Also, crushed ice chips under the tongue. It confuses the body and it has to react and interrupts the panic adrenaline cycle. Buys a few extra minutes and sometimes thats enough to self calm.

The ice chips i used a ton in the car And in the mall or anywhere in public needed. It works very well. The basin not as well but a still better then it would of have been. The water tends to drain faster then i would like it too..i used the sink.
