So, there are two ways of dealing with this: it depends whether you want to go see a doctor or not. The doctor would prescribe you mild steroid ointment that would help the separation process.

If you decide you want to try to deal with this yourself then NEVER try to force the foreskin and the head of your penis to separate as this may mean an embarrassing trip to hospital and even potential circumcision.

To start with place a little antiseptic cream in the area where the skin is attached - use very light pressure in moving the head of your penis while holding the top of the shaft of the penis at the same time. Do not expect rapid change, you may need to do this regularly for a number of months until the two separate.

The ointment the doctor can give you would likely be a quicker way of doing this .....

Thank you for the answer! Is their a paticular type or brand of antiseptic cream I need to use? Thank you again!

Usually my recommendation would be use what you would normally use for cuts and grazes elsewhere on your body. The one I use is germolene - what you need to be careful of is that you do not use too much, particularly if the cream gets underneath the foreskin where you currently cannot expose as build-up of creams or ointments can cause problems. If you are careful and only use a small amount that should be okay.

What you need to be aware of is because of your age the photo / image will need to be removed, or the Moderators on this site may simply delete your post.

If this occurs you can open a new Forum discussion, only do not post and images or photos and I can further guide you on what to do if seperation of foreskin and glans proves to be something that you need to deal with for a number of months .....

Sorry, I did not explain too clearly. Once things are posted on here you cannot edit them. The Moderation team will remove it, but as I say, sometimes they delete the entire message. Again as I said, if this occurs start a new Forum Post without any images / photos ....

Okay, a fairly comprehensive translation, thanks.

The best antiseptic cream to use is what you would normally put on skin elsewhere on your body if you have accidentally cut yourself, for grazed skin or insect bite. So if this is the cream you normally use then that is fine.

The other thing you can try if you have it in your house is liquid Coconut Oil, this must be for use on skin, not for hair only. All you need is a very little amount.

As I said earlier, the thing to avoid is to make sure there is no build up of cream or oil where you currently cannot expose the head / glans of your penis ......

How regularly should I put the cream?

Once or twice a day maximum should do it. As Aman656 suggests, more than likely the skin will release anyway in time, by using the cream you are just making the process potentially easier to achieve.

it's normal, it'll hurt when you pull it down but eventually it'll loosen and release, my foreskin was attached to the base of the glans, the bond was about 50% across the circumference of the glans. it took a few months to come off once I started masturbating
