A bit sad

I have been on orlistat for 4 weeks now but eating low fat for 5 weeks i feel lighter my clothes fit me better the weigh in at the docs told me different i was on orlistat a few years ago it worked amazing im doing everthing the same basically 5 weeks of dieting ive only lost 3 pound i know every pound counts but ive cut out every bad high cal food poss if i ws cheating i wouldnt even start a new discussion feeling sad x

    I think youve got to listen to your body and if youre feeling better and clothes fit better then you know youre on the right track. Im sure, if you stick at it youll start to see great results on the scales too. Give it more time, don't be sad or down. Xx

    Hi Emily, 

    I know exactly how you feel. I was on the tablets a few years ago and they worked great for me but this time round I am finding hard to shift the weight, it is coming off but very slow. I am going to my nurse in a couple if weeks to discuss. I was taken off them for a month and I maintained but was allowed them again and started them on the 3rd October again and had no accidents.. I haven't weighed my self don't want to get stressed over it. We just have to keep going and taking the little blue pills!!! Xxx

    I have heard it only works the first time around hence now that i am off it i stick to exactly what i was eating when i was on the tablets. good luck x

    hey, it took 2 weeks for my weight loss to show. I lost 3lb last week and 3lb this week. I follow the slimming world programme. Keep at it and the results will come x
