A bit sore and swollen

Rafaelo procedure done 12 days ago on 3 stage 3 piles, first few days no pain or problems with BM until day 5 post op suffered constaption, got that sorted using extra laxative/bowel softener with good diet and water, went the next day. Had issues since with going to the loo at least 5 BM's a day, the urge comes on very sudden and on having a wee too. Im also experiencing pain during BM and after, also blood on BM most of the time. without a clean wipe. What is concerning me more is like others on this subjet i have what the surgeon said is a skin tag (protuding skin size of a pea) that has swollen up in past episodes of piles like a hemorrhoid. Today after a BM this skin tag(?) has become swollen to the size of a marble and is feeling like a pile. Also the past 4/5 days felt like a lump or swelling is inside causing me to feel like im not emptying the bowels fully when having BM . Can anyone on here who was having the same please provide a update? , thanks
