A bump suddenly appeared on my Meatus. What is it? ?

Hi all, ive suddenly come up with this bump. it hasnt changed in a week and a half now and im confident it doesnt look like herpes.

does anyone know what this could be? and how I get it to disappear???

my girlfriend does get coldsores and does give me oral. but not when she has any sores. i know that out breaks are meant to hurt but this doesnt hurt to touch. it is a tad irratable but that may be from me just prodding.

im going to try some sitz baths to see if that makes it go down. Any advice would be much appreciated. imageimageimage
