I'm so sorry. I'm having a scare too and I'm terrified I'm positive. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow but I don't want to go honestly.

How long did they say the test results will take? And what kind of test did they do?

Hopefully you get the all clear.

It’s really hard at first! Mentally and physically! But you’ll find your biggest hurdle will be changing how you feel about it and about yourself if you are positive! No ones perception of me changed just my own!

I can honestly say it gets easier, life goes on too the point you’ll probably forget you have it most times! Having herpes has actually forced myself to take better care of my own health, so sometimes it’s a signal to stop and look after yourself.

Try and think positive there is lots of support networks out there 😃
