A conjunctival nevus that bothers me cosmetically

I have a nevus on the conjunctiva, I went to one doctor and he said there will be a scar and it could be worse, the second doctor also stressed me, the third doctor told me they just stressed me, the operation will be done by an incision and then stitches, he said that at first there will be a scar and after a few months the scar will be white And they won't see it, I'm really stressed. My nevus is red sometimes strong and sometimes weak, I don't know what a scar looks like in all of this, a line that is like a natural line like a mole in the eye? What color is it? Did the doctor tell me the truth? I've seen a lot of videos and pictures that remove it without a scar, I'm afraid that the scar that will be will be more prominent than what I have, my question is what does a scar look like and what color is it after a few months of recovery?

A nevus in the conjunctiva is normally not removed unless it suspected to be a cancerous melanoma or is causing you problems. Were you told you have an eye melanoma? You can Google "nevus American Academy of Ophthalmology" to read more. You can also Google "eyewiki nevus" for a more detailed medical description. If you do need to have surgery, I can understand you being stressed, but if you have an experienced Retinal and Vitreous surgeon you should be in good hands. I would try to have this done at one of the major eye hospitals or at nearby medical school with an ophthalmology dept.
