A few concerns with my penis (photos), are these normal?

Hi, 19 year old here. I'm just checking to see if some of the things I'm worrying about in regards to if my gentials are normal, or if not, how I can treat these things. I've never actually checked anything professionally medical regarding my penis, so I don't have a great deal of knowledge on the subject. Any feedback is appreciated. I'll list my concerns and post pictures below.
1. My penis has a fishy smell, even though i wash under the foreskin once a day in soapy water. Is this a sign of an infection? If it is, can you tell from the pictures if there is? There's no itchyness or anything.
2. I have what appears to be brown spots along my penis, not sure if they're birthmarks or whatever. No idea.
3. I have some form of spots/bumbs near the bottom of the shaft, not sure if they're there for hair growth, etc. but they don't look very positive.
4. Just before the head of my penis, I have tiny white spots around the end of my foreskin.
5. I have what i think is called "pearly penile papules" on my head, any idea of how to get rid of them?
Thank you in advance.

1, Normal. Although not necessary for health, you may wish to wash twice a day, and certainly before having partner sex.
2. A bit unusual, but probably harmless. Might need to ask a doctor.
3. Unlikely to be unhealthy, but same answer as 2 from me.
4. Look like harmless pearly papules to me.
5. Don't think getting rid of them is possible or desirable. Just accept that's how it is.
I'm not an expert, but at 67, with a foreskin, I have seen most of what you are asking about either on myself or in pictures and you look fine to me.

1) You don't seem to have any infection, but you should use water only to wash down there.
2) I suspect the brown spots are nothing to worry about, but I'd get them checked.
3/4) Those are Fordyce spots
5) Those are indeed pearly penile papules. You can have treatment to get rid of them, but it can be expensive and doesn't always give great results.
I'd see a doctor if I were you. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated. Good luck.
Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor.

I have been reading many of your post on the Penis Disorders and strongly disagree with your direction you give many men to only use water to wash their penis . I am a man in his 70 's uncircumcised and I have been using soap and water my whole life - never having any issues what so ever . Very healthy very clean .. I understand you are no doctor - so I would like to know where you get your inputs or is this your opinion only?

I too have had no problem using soaps and shampoos or whatever I'm showering or washing with. I have, however, heard clear advice from medics that water is safer. I guess it depends on your skin type and how likely some problems can arise from washing too often, too obsessively or not enough. I guess it's good advice to make sure any soaps are rinsed off well.

If you've never had any issues down there, then stick with whatever you're doing. Lots of men posting here though are here because they do have some kind of issue. It's mucosal tissue, and washing with scented soaps or shower gels, or leaving any kind of residue on the glans or foreskin can cause a problem.
Not using soap is fairly standard advice, and I just found these:
NHS:
"While regular personal hygiene is important, too much washing with soap and shower gels can cause soreness. Gently washing your penis once a day with warm water is sufficient to maintain good hygiene. If you want to use soap, choose a mild or non-perfumed soap to reduce the risk of skin irritation."
"Circumcised men have to be just as careful about cleaning their penis. Gently washing the penis with warm water once a day is sufficient."
HealthDirect Australia - "Penis Irritation"
"Do not use soap or shower gel, and avoid contact with anything that may have caused, or may worsen, the irritation."

All looks normal to me. I have no PPP but loads of fordyce spots on mine and yours look similar. I thought about trying to get rid for them but as someone else has said, you could do more damage than good and spend a lot of money in the process, just leave them be. I'm also uncut and my penis usually smells a little at the end of the day but it's nothing harmful. I wash my glans with a mousturing shower gel when I'm having my morning shower and it doesnt affect me.
