A few questions about my ELISA test result

So 3 weeks ago I have had a possible exposure. Ive just gotten the results of my ELISA IGG blood test result and it says HSV-2 = <0,5 so negative. HSV-1 though is at 50,1 which is quite high as i have read.
- I have read that a value that high (50) is suggestive of a much older infection, could this have been from the exposure 3 weeks ago?
- I have never had a cold sore or anything resembling herpes aside from shingles, could it just be asymptomatic?
Thanks for the help
