A Lifetime of Hamstring Injuries

Although I join the since because I thought I had issues with my sciatic nerve, it turns out that not only do I have a small amount of gout in my left knee, a pinched nerve also in my left knee, but I've developed a hamstring Injury, but this time it's located more toward the knee than the groin which runs along the inner thy. The only thing I can do to ease this pain is to wrap and ace bandage around my upper thy as I've done during other times with this injury. The issue is you can wrap an ace bandage around you thy, but do not wrap it too tight. Also, something else that seems to work for me is wearing leggings or compression paints, avoid sleeve or braces as this can cause reoccurring issues with either the knee of hamstring. So those Copperfit sleeves I just bought?.. have to get rid of them as they do not stay put on my leg and tend to slide down towards my knee cap.
