A lingered heavy beat- pvc's?

Hi. I have a certain feeling which before I had thought to be premature contractions but from reading I think it is different than other people's descriptions.

What I feel is an extreamly strong heart beat which 'freezes': it is not completed, and it is kind of stuck for 1-3 seconds, until it is released. This beat is so strong that it makes my all body to jump. during the time when it lingers of course that there is a pause and there us no pulse, until the beat is released from its 'freezing' and completed.

Do any of you have anything similar to that? a forceful abnormal heart beat that lingers and then a pause? could you describe me how do you feel when you have a strong beat and a pause? I don't know what do I have.
