A lot of my LFT's are abnormal. What do they mean?

My ALT, AST, ALP, and GGT are all elevated. And my Lipase is lower than normal. I also have anemia and I have Franks Hematuria and Mucus in urine.

Anyone out there who can piece this together?

Liver appears to be under stress and is maybe not functioning 100%.

Do you drink much? The latter may be to do with an infection (antibiotics) or something to do with the kidneys.

    What did your doctor say?

Whatever it is, you have a whole load of symptoms and I would imagine you would be referred to a gastro.

Oh I don't drink lol I forgot to say I am 18. And I'm gonna have a liver biopsy on Friday. My GI thinks it might be NAFLD but I read up on it and the amount of pain I'm in sounds like it's to severe of pain to be NAFLD. Thanks for replying though. And I don't smoke either.

Too much going on for it just to be NAFLD.

So what would you say it is? I have a liver biopsy on Friday.

Could be a number of things. But I have ALD, and I have gastroscopies, abdominal scans and reams of blood tests. My tests never come up with that range of things.

In my mind, you don't have a biopsy for NAFLD, you have an abdominal ultrasound scan or if you are in the US (which I think you might be), then a CAT/MRI scan.

Just before you're sedated for the gastroscopy, ask them what they are looking for.
