    Hi to u guys i didnt leave a goodbye and have been recieving emails etc with well wishes. Thanks so much... not wonderful @ mo. psychotherapy just started sertraline doesnt seem to have kicked in yet week 7! The dr wants me to go hosp no nd can do wat i nd at home no matter wat a challenge i got. If i win great!!! Gym first thing been signed off for a week for now. Enjoyed a weekend away as much as poss when yr heads filled with intrusive thoughts but wat can ya do....so i cant help anyone unfortunately heads not gud enuff wud be doin u a dis-service. Just sat wide awake as per had to thank u all who have helped me. Take care all, my relationship stiĺ goin so well. Bye guys miss u yxxx
