A new and nicer revovery exercise

Had a seasonal  exercise idea:

Log fire, nice rug, glass of wine, lovely person you adore.....

lie down, slowly remove clothing, look into their eyes, and the exercise will very naturally occur.

later.....

fall asleep, having burnt off 4,000 calories

good idea?

Wow, 4000 calories? Of course I might burn off a few crawling to the nearest piece of furniture and pulling myself up!! That might be an everlasting site😧

One of the best, provided they help you get up from the floor afterwards!

One year the Sun suggested that you have sex after every mince pie on Christmas Day to burn off the calories.

Awkward as we had someone coming for Christmas dinner. We got him to take the dog out a few times:-)

I don't think that I could eat seven mince pies nowadays and yes we did have a log fire.

Guess I'm totally out if luck, no mince pies here....pumpkin might work or sweet potato pie.....I guess it wouldn't matter but quite frankly after a big meal sex is not on my mind. Haha

P.S. This is a version of this exercise for those on their own tonight. Same rules, but lying on rug on own simply imagine peter or katie, or both, are on the rug next to you.

works almost as well, tho only 2,500 calories burnt off

The men can order a blow up doll and the ladies the electronic device of their choice but be careful it may blow the lights as well as their minds.

Oooooh that sounds like a great plan. Good luck with getting up off the rug. I'm 10 weeks post rthr & 6 weeks to lthr in January & can't see myself being that gymnastically nimble for a good while yet. But looking forward to those days again 😄😜
