A pimple on my penis? (I've had scabies before, but it's gone now)

Hi,

yesterday I found a pimple like bump on the shaft of my penis. It started out flat but turned red and filled with a white like pus substance, it doesn't really hurt or affect my daily activities much but it's annoying and I fear if it's a symptom of scabies. (I've had scabies from contact with bed sheets in a motel or something, but it was cured after applying a cream the doctor recommended).

I didn't try to pop it but today when masturbating I think it popped on its own, recently I started jerking my shaft a lot not including the head of the penis, could this be because of the increased pressure or death griping my shaft? some pictures attached below.
