A possible cancerous growth?

I have had a hard bump on this spot for a very, very long time. I can't even remember for how long. It later turned into an itchy, painful blister that bled for a while, healed, but not completely and started bleeding again. Today I noticed that it kind of popped and this bloody, fleshy thing popped out. I can't remove it, it's still attached. The better news are that I have another hard bump (not painful yet) on a similar place on other side.

I must add that it becomes painful once the hair grows out and calms down later. I couldn't completely shave it this time not to make it even worseimage

Have you had something similar? could it not be cancer? because at this point it's not looking good. I'm doing diode laser treatment on this area. Could it be an issue related to that?

you should definitely get that checked out by a doctor, any advice or opinions you get here might help, but it is always best to get medically diagnosed.
