A prolapse?

Ive never had kids but feel like something is off. My urethra is pretty car down and when i press on it sometime white fluid will come out.

It's hard to tell from this photo, you need to spread it so we can see the inside.
Otherwise everything looks fine from what I can see on the outside of it.
