Hi guys,

Just a quick question - has anyone lost weight by having normal toilet habits, in other words no orange oil or accidents.

Hi, have lost just under 1 1/2 stone with no side effects at all. Had a couple of days with stomach ache caused by eating liver, apart from that normal toilet habits. You will only get orange oil if you eat more than 15g of fat per meal.

    Hope this helps,

    Mandy

I have only had two orange oil experiences and i know what caused them, some chinese and the second time i had eaten an ice cream, oh make that three times, just remembered i had some fresh filled pasta. Other than that my bowels have been working very well and no horrible experiences although my weight loss is pretty slow, i started five weeks ago and have lost about 13 pounds which is alot slower than some. A bit fed up about it. Anyway, good luck.

I haven't had any side effects for over five months - the last one was caused by an egg - and I have lost over 5.5 stone in 6.5months. I can get quite bad smelly wind sometimes after certain meals but no stomach cramps or orange oil. Good luck.

Thanks for the replies, thats really helpful.

I only started them on Tuesday, when I was on them years ago I suffered a lot through not knowing what to do. This week I've been ok but i haven't weighed properly yet. Its just getting your head around it :D
