A question for the Ladies (maybe you men) re summer shoes

Hello.

Could you please tell me if you were able to wear strappy sadles etc after a Achilles tendon repair.

I have for the last 12 moths only been able to wear bouncy trainers ad would love if possible this summer to wear some nicer footwear.

I've read alsorts on here and the net ad can't see anythig really about types of footwear that can be worn.

I am assuming I will need to wear surporting shoes/trainers for a log time if not for ever BUT hey ho IF I can walk pain free its a small price to pay.

    I guess it really all depends on your comfort level.  My swelling is finally down after 10 weeks and I can wear them but I only wear them briefly because they don't have much support to them.

      Thank you Karen. Yes Iwould only wear them breifly, possible just to go to a BBQ or something.
