A rant

Woke up with a black spot in left eye in center of vision. Week later right eye became fuzzy all over. 2 months pass, right eye is normalized to 20/40, from 20/400, with lingering light sensitivity, lack of detail/focus/detail in dim areas. Left eye is 20/800 with same defects of vision.
Optometrist who seen me at 2 weeks in said it was Toxic retinaopathy/vien occulation (central viens were clogged) accompanied by eye swelling in center of both eyes.
They had informed me it was implausible for me to have it fixed, first cause it couldn't be. Even cancelling my referral to a opthalmologist/MD. To later be corrected to being impossible for me to afford it.
With recommendations to just go on with life as such. With current 20/400-20/800 vision.
Their conclusion was BRVO, & vision well likely not resolve with significant damage to retina but the goal is to preserve current vision and further halt progression. examination revealed disorder of vitreous body. bilateral OU. OU tale particles scattered loss of rpe/pr junction integrity. Significant photoceptor loss.

Granted she saw me 2 weeks in she sounds like she knows what she's talking about.
The MD which I saw later has no clue what's wrong with me and didn't see my eye for entire month-and-a-half after her.
Also disagreeing with OD on issue saying its not BRVO
Upon trying to get a second opinion under access which took a month, I went to Retina Specialist of Southern Tuscon. Having no ideal of cause, opthalmologist suggests it's possibly fixable. Give me Prednisone drops with instructions to take it every hour. Hasn't said what he thinks it is still after second visit*..awaiting blood tests, which results were incomplete at time of second visit. But my Complete Blood works Test, suggests all my blood stats are in normal range and my blood isn't fighting any infection, which is interesting I'm still being told to take Prednisone, cause it's supposed to combat infections and inflammation. It's having no effect on inflammation, and I'm unaware of a infection. Upon leaving second visit was given a return to work letter, with a cleared to drive endorsement attached.
After realizing the results weren't complete with all 22 tests done(9 came back, all basic parameters of my blood makeup. Left room to never return for me to ask questions. We were told to leave until all results came back.
Next visit is 3 weeks out....Which is what I have a issue with. Seems like he has no ideal and is hoping for left eye to normalize. Giving me ok to return to work and restart driving. Even with light and dim area sensitivity In my 20/40 better eye.
*Was apparently being treated for posterior uveitis. According to office clerk(qoute ; "For now")
Posterior uveitis can take months to clear up.
Still have light sensitivity. Still having bright orbs streak across my vision, mainly in my lower right eye field of vision, not my left. See myself being able to maintain a track of time to administer eye drops every hour while working to be interesting. My field of work all of my life since teenage years is construction, around excavation equipment, and dust doing grade which requires depth perception which I'm struggling with.
Is more of a rant from anxiety and confusion on what to do here.
Other Notes.
Looking in a mirror gives me snow vision.
Googling information makes me think its possibly NAION, caused by nocturnal low bp or ,TED.
Have <95/68 blood pressure all the time awake.
2nd visit to optometrist was last Friday. 1st friday before that.
PS: wrote this out in google keeps to avoid being timed out upon trying to submit. so the formatting is off. not fixing it srry.
