a single small bump on penile head

I have a single bump on my penis head glans. I have this bump on my penis head since last 5 month. This bump clearly visible when my penis get erected. i have not feeling any pain when i touched or pressed. I feel buring on glance penis one side. Also after sex. I check for std like chalymadia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HSV and hiv.  And all test results are negative. I also get tested for uti and blood sugar and results are negative. My dermatologist told me this is balanitis and other dermatologist told me this is due to swelling glands or swelling veins. Before 5-6 month ago i also feel burning sensation on my urethra but not during urine and now after treatment symptom has gone. Can you please help me about my problem. I also feel buring on my glans penis.

After one month yesterday again i visited to my dermatologist and he told me to ignore this bump. But i am so worried.

    Hey man

    This looks like a hemangioma. However, your doctors are able to examine you more thoroughly. I'd recommend getting a second opinion if you're not happy with the initial diagnosis.

      I have taken advised from two urologist and 3 dermatologist. And Is hemangioma dangerous decease. As you seen in pics its look like a bump inside glans penis skin. And one more symptom that i feel is my glans penis skin is rough. My dermatologist prescribe me a vitamin E skin cream for this

      As far as I am aware, it is not dangerous, but purely a cosmetic thing. Let me know how the Vit E cream works and all the best man. I know how frustrating it can be not getting definite answers from doctors.

      Thank you very much. My condition not completely cured and i am waiting for result.  And burning sensation in glans penis is much better and improved considerably.

    HI Mukesh, I'm just wondering, have you found a solution to this? Like what was the diagnosis & treatment? I think I may have some similar problems, any information would be extremely helpful!

    Hello Mukesh. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I have the same problem you i have a bump on my penis gland and im experiencing pain sometimes on a different part of the penis head. When i urinate it does not burn but o only after ward. My Dr prescribed me some anti biotics. I even saw a urologist he says he cannot see any issue. My only fear is it could be Herpes... Please give me an update of your condition.
