A small blip?

So today was pretty much like any other day: Woke up, had morning anxiety and nausea.

My doctor prescribed me 10mg of Domperidone the other day to help out with the nausea, it's been really effective. My appetite wasn't so bad when I started the Escitalopram, but there was always this small amount of nausea niggling in my stomach.

I take the domperidone three times a day, it takes about an hour to kick in and it's very helpful.

I ate like normal today, but I started to feel nauseated around 5pm, even though I took my domperidone around 4:30pm. 

I had dinner at 7pm tonight, It was a basic roast, I ate roughly 3/3rds of the meal, the nausea was more extreme than usual.

I keep reassuring myself that it is just a blip, the past few days I've been feeling pretty normal. I've even started sketching and building models out of lego again (i'm an adult collector).

Hopefully it is just a blip, because I feel like this medication is working. I feel more balanced in my thought processes and calmer. I get moments of heart palpitations, and some slight dizziness. My sleeping has improved as well.

    Robert... That's Great to hear that u feel like doing your sketching...where r u from .. I'm in Texas and the way it sounds u r somewhere besides the states.. u were refers g to already eating dinner at 7pm... again another hurdle u have got over.. keep posting.. it helps us all..I'm still on 5 mg of Lexapro just trying to gear up for a bump in mg. Knowing there is changes when u do it.. been in Lexapro 3 weeks today .. Take Care and Keep posting..😊

      I live in the UK in Hampshire, I'm hoping the slight nausea I had today was just a small blip. The past few days my appetite has been great. It's just tonight it felt off with the nausea.

      Sounds like the meds. R working for u.. hoping tomortow is a better day than today.. Think Positive... Tske Care and Keep Posting... it helps us all...

    How many mg of escitalopram are you on Robert.. I'm having trouble at 7.

    5mg .. it does work well for panic etc though.
