A Solution - Perhaps not for Everyone

OK, so a brief history - I am mid 50's Male, i have suffered with internal end external hemorrhoid's since i was in my late teens. I have tried every over the counter treatment, creams etc given by my doctors and had banding multiple times. Until around 6 months ago i bleed heavily and had very sore external swellings and the usual nasty weeping.

This has effected so many parts of my life, i was married for 20 years, i was kind of ok talking about it with my then wife, but since we split up, my confidence to meet somebody new had reached an all time low.

On top of this, i have been late for work so many times due to having to wait for bleeding to subside after a morning bowel movement (my preference as i would shower straight after)

In an attempt to ease my morning bowel movement, i decided to try douching, i know, not the obvious thing to do, poke a nozzle up there between the piles. So, a little water based lube to ease things so to speak and a few cycles of warm water and the bowel movement is done, no pain, no bleeding and the swellings didn't increase in size for a few hours as they normally would.

Within a week, there was a noticeable difference in the size of my swellings, the weeping/discharge had stopped and the need to have a roll of tissue between my butt cheeks had gone (yes, that's how i spent my days)

Now, a month down the road i have been untroubled by hemorroids, i do the same routine daily, which is now much faster than taking a normal bowel movement (at least for me)

Why does this work? I am not really sure, but it does. I think its a combination of taking a bowel movement without straining or excess muscle movement, its quick, swellings are not rubbed by your stool passing by, your lower bowel is left clean, so no leakage or unwanted discharges this all seems to aid the healing.

I know that douching daily runs the risk of removing the good bacteria from your bowel, so far i have had no ill effects whatsoever. This has been life changing for me, yes it might be slightly embarrassing to say that you douche every day, but nobody can judge you badly for wanting to be so clean??

This is so easy, give it a try, there are lots of options for douching and its much cheaper than all of those creams and suppositories that most of us know have little or no effect.
