A tiny new mole inside a bigger mole

I'm an 18 years old male and I have a mole on my nose since about 10 years. A few days ago I noticed it was feeling rough. When I looked carefully, it is a tiny new mole growing from that mole. It doesn't look different from a distance but when I looked carefully, there was a tiny, even darker mole, growing from the bigger (10 year old) mole. This tiny mole was feeling rough when I moved my finger tip across the mole. One day I was fiddling with it and scratched the tiny mole so it started bleeding a little. When it stopped bleeding I applied an antibiotic cream (Soframycin). So is this something I should get checked?

I think it would be wise to get it looked at, any changes to a mole or new moles growing are always a reason to go to your doctor. If it is something nasty the quicker you get it checked, the quicker you can stop it spreading.
