Hi all,
I started suffereing with really bad anxiety whilst in peri. I cut out coffee and low and behold, my anxiety stopped. Maybe it could work for you too. Good luck x

How about decaf? I have been on it for about 3-4 years. Made a big difference. People ask me why bother if it is decaf. My qquestion back to them is....Do you drink coffee because you like the taste of caffeine or do you drink it because you like the taste of coffee???? Dah......
