A week after urololift, exercise questions - particularly for runners

I'm now a week after my urololift. My procedure wasn't as complicated as many with only two sutures. My biggest symptom thus far is continued burning and after burn when urinating. Sometimes I think it's improving, sometimes I'm not so sure but still very much present. I'll have to trust from reading other posts that eventually this will get better but it's sure taking it's time. My urine void behavior with the usual symptoms is probably still not yet even at the level before the procedure. But none or very little groin/prostate pain that I'm aware of although trying not to be too blunt the anal area has been a bit sensitive, reminding me a bit of years ago when I had a hemorrhoid.
A question on exercise. I'm an avid runner and somewhat cyclist and I'm chomping at the bits to do something other than going on brisk walks. During the procedure I had asked the urologist when I could start exercising and he said "about a week" but was pretty vague on details. I think cycling should be the last exercise to attempt plus it's cold (although I'm considering a peloton purchase) but do you think it's safe to do some light running and ellipical machine cardio? Minor weight lifting, trying not to involve the core too much? What is the danger, is it possible the sutures could rip out of the prostate if I start exercising too early? In attempting to peruse the web for info, various urology site pdfs, give varying advice. Many say wait two to four weeks and one even said at least six weeks before cycling. The pdfs that were the most cautious, seem to be the oldest, around 2015 or so. It seems like there was an abundance of caution when the procedure was new but maybe now they have relaxed the requirements a bit now? I'm interested in hearing other's return to an exercise regime after the urolift procedure.
About the procedure, I got vague release instructions basically only to go to the emergency room if I could not void the bladder. In a week's time, no follow up call from the doctor or urology center to inquire on how I'm doing. Like other's I believe the recovery process was understated during the urology preview with the urologist. Is the burning sensation with urinating due to the uretha being used as a conduit for surgical implantation, something of which it's clearly not designed to do or is it the symptom of a distressed prostate?
Happy thanksgiving, everyone.
