Abatacept side effects

I have been on abatacept for about 4 months having had to come of etanercept and methotrexate due to pneumonitis caused by methotrexate. I am suffering some side effects from this medication, including fungal infections on pretty much all of my toes, and the infection is spreading up both feet. 

I have also put on weight and although I am not a big eater and am quite petite at 4 ft 11 am finding that I cannot shift the weight. The side effects also state joint pain !!! Which I am getting in both shoulders although I have had a part shoulder replacement. Any comments would be of great help

    Please take care and consult your doctor to understand the various side effects of medicines of pain. It may be some Stomach pain.
