Abdomen pain, frequent utination, lightheaded

I have been feeling lightheaded and moments of feeling I'm going to pass out often for about a year now. I've had some chest pain and recently I've had really sharp pain in my lower right abdomen..I wee all the time and gave a really bad upset tummy with frequent gas. I went to the doctors I have had an MRI ecg blood tests and seen an ent, cardio... I do now have a UTI apparently and I'm taking antibiotics now.

The sharp pain is really bad, they ruled out problems with my Appendix. 

Please could someone help if the lightheaded is linked with my bad tummy and frequent weeing? I'm running out of options sad

    Was your blood pressure checked? Maybe it is too low.

    Hello aimy.

    What antibiotics are u taking ? If its ciprofloxacin you might experiencing side effects.

    Talk to your GP asap.

    Check your thyroid hormones Tsh t3 t4 and antibodies for thyroid hormones.
