Abdominal and back pain

Hi,

I started getting abdominal pain to the right of my belly button 5 months, about two months later I began getting a pain just below my right shoulder blade. Both of these pains come and go, I also get lesser pains or twinges all over my abdomen and upper back.

I have had lots of blood tests, urine tests, an ultrasound, numerous ct scans, a colonoscopy, an endoscopy, a ct angiogram and a bone scan. So far, nothing has showed up. I have also seen various doctors and a GI specialist, but no one has been able to tell me what's wrong with me.

Just wondered if anyone has had similar symptoms and if so, did you get any specific diagnosis?
