Abdominal discomfort, severe bloating, strange bowel movements

for the last year I have had severe bloating (like I'm 9 months pregnant), abdominal cramps, fatigue and odd stools accompanied by dramatic weight loss. I am 27yrs old and this is really affecting my mental & physical wellbeing having battled with eating disorders in the past.

i have also had pain/tightness in my gallbladder/pancreas area in this period too. My GP and gastro-specialist are still uncertain what the problem is. I was wondering if it could be some form of Inflammatory Bowel disease? Or a hormonal imbalance? I find that i get a lot of painful acne with these abdominal flare-ups alongside irregular menstruation cycles & severe night sweats.

i have had an MRI scan and endoscopy and everything seemed to look ok, apart from discovering some candida in my digestive tract. Currently waiting for a HIDA scan on my gallbladder.

i dont want to be palmed off with having IBS! I do have symptoms of this, but it seems much more severe alongside the steattoria, malabsorption, weight loss and right side upper quadrant abdominal pain which radiates to my back/shoulder.

does anyone else have these symptoms or any suggestions of what the issue could be?

(sorry about the images - they are gross, but i dont know what to do!) I had to be hospitalised and put on a drip at one point because i was losing so much fluid/nutrition with such severe diarrea.
