Abdominal noise

Abdominal noise daily. More so when laying down. No pain but very rare I have a bloating feeling in my stomach. Poop is not long pieces anymore, comes out in smaller chunks for years now. This noise started maybe 1 year or so ago. I started taking a variety of supplements that help in digestive health and functionality, also a multi vitamin and a probiotic. Which seemed to help a little, I sure do feel healthier since starting the regiment. Only causes I can think of is daily suboxone use (6 years) from a prior Percocet dependency due to a femur break. I suspect that is the cause. I believe it’s known to back you up. I started to wean myself down 6 months or so ago. Will take 2 years I suspect to be completely done. I thought it was lactose intolerance but I do not think that is the case. As I have tested myself by eating huge milkshakes with no adverse effects. It very well be good or allergy related as some days I have no noise. I recently had blood work done (none related) and I am super healthy so my doctor says. I do not know what was exactly tested for as it was a required physical for a dental surgery I had. I do not have health insurance, i would greatly appreciate any advice I can get. Thank you very much !

i have not. i do eat pretty much the same stuff and the severity of noise changes daily. last night was really bad, tonight not as bad just a tiny bit bloated feeling. i did eat late today which is the bloating i think. giant smoothy also, dairy free. i cut out cow milk completely and went to almond in my diet. i am very skinny also the last few years also. 6.5 170 currently. down from 215 from when i would work out alot.

It could be that you have suddenly become sensitive to a particular food without realising it. A food diary may help to identify a problem food. It can take a while to track down a possible food intolerance. I would try a food diary first to see if that helps.
