Hi. I suffer from anxiety and for the past few weeks i've had on and off discomfort just above my belly button and then horizontally to the right of it. Sometimes it feels bruised and other times pinching type of pain. Has anyone suffered anything similar? Could the pain be caused by anxiety?

I actually have had abdominal pain because of what my doctors have said is potentially anxiety. I was checked and nothing negative came out of it so they said it was most likely anxiety related. All kinds of abdominal pain too, including lower middle right below the belly button too.
